Usually there are three releases available, one development release with latest features and the last two stable releases.
Check Show Deprecated Portal Packages and Show Deleted Portal Packages to get all packages displayed. Those packages are then displayed in grey italic font and if you click on such a package, its Status will be shown as deprecated/deleted.
