Certain features of the DaVinci Package Manager need a connection to the Vector Embedded Hub.
The connection is established by using a personal token that you generate in the Vector Embedded Hub.
Requirements
- You have a Vector customer account (see Vector Embedded Hub Help - Create an Account for instructions).
- You have created a personal token in the Vector Embedded Hub (see Vector Embedded Hub Help - Generate a Token for instructions).
Connecting
To establish the connection, enter the token in the Personal Token text field and save the settings with the Apply button.
Using the Test Connection button, you can check whether the connection to the Vector Embedded Hub is working.
The connection only exists as long as the specified validity of the token in the Vector Embedded Hub. If the token expires, you need to set a new token for authentication.
