To follow the steps coming up, the DaVinci Package Manager must be installed.
The DaVinci Package Manager needs access to the Vector Portal. The green 
indicates an existing Portal Connection. The default for the connection is the standard windows proxy.
The settings for the proxy can be found in Options|Settings|Proxy (see section Options | Settings - Proxy).
Every icon of the package manager provides a useful tooltip that explains the function. Also find useful information at the top of each window.
