You can request the Runtime Integration Service (RIS) for your created and registered projects. To get more information about the service, go to section Runtime Integration Service.
The following explains how to request a Runtime Integration Service for a project:
The project needs to be registered before you can request the Runtime Integration Service. Registration can be carried out directly after creating a project without any further preparation. If not done yet, see Register DaVinci Project.
- Open the Projects view.
- Select a registered project.
- On the right side you see all details of the selected project.
- On the right side, go to the details under Runtime Integration Service and click on the link from Questionnaire.
- A Vector Customer Portal page opens with a downloadable file for the questionnaire.
- Click on the file name to download the questionnaire and open it.
- Read through the questionnaire and then fill in the required fields:
- Fill in the purchasing and technical contact under Contacts.
- Fill in the general information of your project (like VEP-number, platform family, etc.) under General Information.
- For the Runtime Integration Service MICROSAR Classic select your use cases.
- For the Runtime Integration Service MICROSAR HSM select if you want to have it.
- After you have filled in the fields, send the questionnaire to the following e-mail address dvpm@vector.com.
- Vector Sales will start the quote creation and get in contact with you.
