The Support Request Package wizard supports you in creating a ZIP file of a DaVinci Adaptive project that can be sent to the Vector support to report an error, request a feature, or give feedback on the usability. This Support Request Package enables the Vector support to analyze and understand the respective issue. The wizard collects all required data and creates a ZIP file from it, which can then be sent to support@vector.com.
