DaVinci Configurator Classic - User Interface Client
The User Interface Client in DaVinci Configurator Classic provides the graphical front end that can be used to seamlessly view, edit, and manage ECU configuration data. It provides access to configuration elements of both the MICROSAR Classic modules from Vector as well as from third party suppliers.
Purpose of the User Interface
The User Interface Client is built to:

Offer intuitive access to configuration elements

Enable direct editing of modules, containers, and parameters

Supports troubleshooting and dynamic feedback with visual indicators and status feedback
Role in the Configuration Workflow
The User Interface Client can be used during the configuration phase of ECU software integration. It becomes relevant once the project is set up and the BSW modules are ready for detailed configuration.
