Model

  • SIComponentPort.connectTo() functionality has moved to IConnectionBuilder, offering improved role control, metadata support, and optimized performance via separate prepare() and build() steps. (ADF-12818)

Persistency

  • Added optional synchronization with central build-cache servers to share locally cached data across users and machines. (ADF-9300)

  • Improved model merge report with better conflict details, full conflict computation, ARXML line/column info, and machine-independent file paths. (ADF-12737)

Project Handling

  • Added support in Project Migration to separate derived data from user-edited data for improved clarity and maintainability. (ADF-13251)

Fixed Issues

CLI

  • dvcfg-b stop never closes a GUI client unless --force is specified. (ADF-12877)

Eclipse UI

  • External generation steps can now be reordered, their state is correctly persisted, and generating a single module from the Basic Editor no longer triggers generation of all modules. (ADF-13362)

  • Module shortnames can now be edited in the Basic Editor. (ADF-13521)

Persistency

  • The tool automatically applies the correct version from the BSW package for the corresponding component. (ADF-13672)
