Configuring the Communication Users

Overview

Shows a graphical overview with the Communication Users (left side) and the channels (right side) they are part of.

Clicking on any Communication User in this view will take you to their respective ComM Users page.

ComM Users

Having ComM Users selected you have a more detailed overview of each Communication User compared to Overview together with settings of all Communication Users. One can also update each setting or add, duplicate or remove Communication Users.

Individual ComM Users

By selecting a specific Communication User the settings for that one user is shown together with a simple list with all available channels. By checking the checkbox the user will be connected with that channel. Communication User with this Channel.

One can also find information about Communication Users and their channel connection in the Basic Editor:

  • /ComM/ComMConfigSet/ComMChannels/<channel>/ComMUserPerChannels/

    • At this location the Communication Users for a specific channel can be found

  • /ComM/ComMConfigSet/ComMUsers/<communicationUser>/

    • At this location you find the settings for a specific Communication User as well as incoming references to the specific channels this user is part of.
