Cause

Communication with the Vector licensing server might cause this issue, especially in case of long geographical distance to the server.

Solution

  • Use a device license instead of a server license.

  • Host your own licensing server close to your location to reduce the ping times.

  • Use the 'Borrow Network License' functionality in the Vector License Client.
