Create ARXML File

The Create .arxml File dialog supports you in creating a new ARXML file that is automatically created with the correct AUTOSAR version and which is ready for receiving AUTOSAR model content.

Open Dialog

To open the New ARXML File dialog, open the context menu of your DaVinci Adaptive project in the DaVinci Project Explorer and click arxml-file Create .arxml File…​.

The Create .arxml File dialog opens.

Step-by-Step Procedure

To create a new ARXML file, open the Create .arxml File dialog and proceed as follows:

  1. Specify the Name of the ARXML file to be created.

  2. Click Finish to close the dialog.

    The new ARXML file has been created and is stored in the Model project folder (for example, arxml) of your DaVinci Adaptive project.
