dvcfg-b project generate-from-files

Generate C-Code based configuration from selected files.

If no --module option is specified, all available modules are generated.

Command

dvcfg-b project generate-from-files -b=<folder> --arxml-files=<arxmlFile>[,<arxmlFile>...]
                                           [--arxml-files=<arxmlFile>[,<arxmlFile>...]]... -o=<folder> [-m=<module>[,
                                           <module>...]]... [-x=<module>[,<module>...]]... [-t=<type>] [-a=<module>:
                                           <arg>[,<module>:<arg>...]]... [-r=<folder>] [--keep-temp-files]
                                           [--clean-generate] [--no-save]

Usage

Generate C-Code based configuration from selected files.

Usage: dvcfg-b project generate-from-files [-h] -b=<folder> --arxml-files=<arxmlFile>[,<arxmlFile>...]
                                           [--arxml-files=<arxmlFile>[,<arxmlFile>...]]... -o=<folder> [-m=<module>[,
                                           <module>...]]... [-x=<module>[,<module>...]]... [-t=<type>] [-a=<module>:
                                           <arg>[,<module>:<arg>...]]... [-r=<folder>] [--keep-temp-files]
                                           [--clean-generate] [--no-save]

Description:
Generate C-Code based configuration from selected files.

NOTE: If no --module option is specified, all available modules are generated.

Options:
* -b, --bsw-package=<folder> Directory of the BSW package.
* --arxml-files=<arxmlFile>[,<arxmlFile>...] Specify the arxml files to be used for module generation.
* -o, --output=<folder> Directory to put the generated files into.
-m, --module=<module>[,<module>...] Specify the modules to generate.
<module> must be either an AUTOSAR Definition (e.g. /MICROSAR/Rte)
                                                     or a shortname (e.g. Rte).
If an empty string ('') is provided, no modules will be generated.
If not specified, all available modules are generated.
-x, --exclude=<module>[,<module>...] Specify the modules to exclude from generation.
<module> must be either an AUTOSAR Definition (e.g. /MICROSAR/Rte)
                                                     or a shortname (e.g. Rte).
-t, --type=<type> Set the type of the generation target (REAL, VTT).
  -a, --arg=<module>:<arg>[,<module>:<arg>...] Specify argument(s) for certain generators.
<module> is either the AUTOSAR definition path (e.g. /MICROSAR/Nm)
                                                     or the shortname (e.g. Rte).
<arg> could be any custom argument which is defined in the
                                                     generator.
Multiple arguments must be quoted to be parsed correctly.
                                                    E.g.: --arg=Rte:DoSomethingSpecial=true
                                                          --arg='/MICROSAR/Nm:Arg1=true Arg2=false'
-r, --report=<folder> Directory to put the reports into.
--keep-temp-files Keep temporary files created during generation.
--clean-generate Run validation and generation without performing up-to-date checks.
--no-save Prevent saving the project to disk.
  -h, --help Display the help.
